Kaylie, Kaylie, and more Kaylie

The other night when Jill and I had Survivor night I took about a million pictures of Kaylie because she was so smiley. Check out her dimples!!!
Then...Jill asked if I had any winter hats. I got out the basket of hats, and we tried all of them on Kaylie. Poor thing...we got a good laugh though.
She looks like a home-girl in this one...
And then we found the cute winter hat and mittens.
Oh yeah...one of the fuzzy hats Granny knitted. Sorry Granny...Kaylie wasn't too fond of it. She kind of looks like a pink Q-tip. :)
We actually got a small chunk of hair into a flower hair tie. So freaking cute!!!
I saved the best for last...a video of Kaylie's laugh. Jill was tickling her stomach, and she just thought it was so funny. Ahhh...

Wii Night

Tasha, Mary, Jill, Jason, and Kaylie came over for Wii night on Saturday. Here are some cute...and funny...pictures from the night.
Auntie Tasha & Lilly

Lilly loves to jump and roll around on the couch downstairs, and it causes some major static electricity. Check out the result...
Story time...
Here is a picture of Lilly's new winter hat and coat.

This is a video from the car ride home from Nebraska. As you've seen in past blogs, Lilly's favorite song is "So What" by Pink. Here she is singing and dancing to it in the car.

After the Broncos game last night we ate dinner at my parents. Lilly was playing in the laundry basket so we stuck Kaylie in with her. Lilly wasn't too happy...Kaylie was though!
I think my mom felt left out because she had to take a turn. Hahaha....sorry mom!

Thanksgiving in Nebraska

We went to Nebraska this Thanksgiving to see Tim's family. It was so great to see everyone, and they were all excited to see how much Lilly has grown up. I took about a million pictures, but here are a few (okay...a lot) of my favorites.

Tim's family is mostly from Blue Hill and Hastings. Hastings has around 25,000 people and Blue Hill has around 850 (I can't remember the exact number on the population signs, but I think it's close). It's so fun going to small towns because I have always lived in big ones. I went to the local grocery store to get some eyeliner and they didn't even sell makeup. What? It's a cute little store though, and the baggers walk your groceries out for you (even if you only have a couple bags). I wish someone would do that for me at King Soopers! I also love that it only takes a minute to drive across town...I get so sick of driving here. Tim and I love to drive around and look at all the old houses. They are so neat, and all look so different. You don't see that much here...especially in our area.
The Piel family farm is in Blue Hill, and my favorite part of the town is the big neon blue sign along side the highway. It's all farmland out there so I think it's so funny they have a gigantic arrow because you wouldn't miss it :) It's such a cute little town.
Here's the farm...
My very, very favorite thing about the farm (other than family) is Jack. Jack is the donkey. There are also a couple horses, chickens, and a rooster. It's fun hearing all the animal noises!!! Roosters cock-a-doodle-dooing, chickens clucking, horses neighing, and Jack hee-hawing.

My favorite sound in the whole world is Jack hee-hawing. When Tim and I were dating I went back to Nebraska with him, and the first time I heard him hee-haw I just about peed my pants. I still crack up every time I hear it. I guess I knew they made that sound, but to hear it in person is a whole other experience!!! I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.

This is Bingo. He is the sweetest dog in the whole world...Lilly crawled all over him and he didn't mind at all. Gramps and Lilly playing the keyboard. They were pretty good.

After dinner everyone sat to "watch" t.v. After everyone woke up we took a family picture.

This is Tim's Grandma and Grandpa's house in Hastings. I took this picture as we were leaving, and I know it's hard to see, but they are in the window waving goodbye. So cute!!!

We had so much fun! Hope you had a happy thanksgiving!!!

Lilly & Kaylie Pics

I was playing around with Lilly's hair, and thought it was hillarious how each hairstyle made her look like a totally different person. It made her look so grown up.

And so silly...

Here is proof of how mean we are as parents. Tim thought it would be fun to cut out a cardboard robot box for Lilly. While he was making it (and a big mess) Lilly found her silly mouth pacifier. This is a funny picture...blackmail for the future...hahaha.

God we are so mean...

So cute...Lilly says "Papa" for Grandpa. She's talking so much!

Here's a funny picture of Lilly munching on a raw potato, and making herself at home...putting her feet up on the kitchen counter at my parents.

Kaylie just watches Lilly in amazement. She probably thinks she's crazy.

I thought this was a cute picture. Kaylie is starting to hold the bottle. Ahh...

This is a video of Kaylie practicing her sitting skills. She's getting so big!
