Painting Ornaments

Lilly had fun painting ornaments for Christmas...she's so particular, and they turned out really cute. We were really bad about sending ornaments to those of you out of town...we still have several if you'd like one. :)

Christmas at the fire station

Every year the fire station has a Christmas party. The kids run around and play on the trucks, the firetruck goes and picks up Santa and his elf, there's a firetruck pinata, and they all get presents.

Movie night

Tasha and I went to see "It's Complicated" a few weekends ago. We went to Hard Rock Cafe before the show and had a couple drinks. The bartender was crazy...and there was some kids charity event happening upstairs and they were giving out candy. Tasha and I talked the waiters and bartender into getting us some candy. There were crazy security people upstairs guarding the candy....hahaha

We're going to get another one so Tim has one, and then I'm painting mine pink camo colors...and getting a pink helmet.

For Christmas our school delivered food baskets (turkey, ham, rolls, stuffing, butter, jelly, etc.) for some of our families in need. Our principal was amazing and the whole staff packed into an old school bus and we delivered the baskets to several families.

On the last day of school before Christmas break we did a snowflake project with our kiddos...Tim brought Lilly up and she had fun hanging with my students...

Several weeks ago a bunch of us from work went and watched "Joseph and the Technicolor Dream Coat" at the Arvada Center. Our office manager Meg has a very talented son that was in the production (all the shows there are awesome...you have to go!!!). Before the show we went to a Mexican food restaurant and had food/margaritas. We told the waitress that it was Beau's birthday (our principal)...it wasn't, but it was so funny seeing them sing and dance and make a big deal of it. He's a good sport!

I have to brag....

I keep saying I'm way behind on blogging...I am...but I put September, October, and part of November here on the blog. If you'd like to look back you'll have to go to the right side of the screen and look at past months (older blogs)...there are actually some good pictures in the last few months. December and January are on their way...
