Trick or Trunk

Last night we had Trick or Trunk at school. We get parent volunteers to decorate the trunks of their cars, and the kiddos trick or treat from the trunks. It's a big ordeal, and the turnout is amazing. My parents, Lilly, Jill, and Kaylie came up to trick or treat and check out the event.
Here are a bunch of pictures from the night.

Lilly's monkey costume. So appropriate since she IS a monkey.

Kaylie's Dalmatian costume. So cute.

Oh yeah...here's my beautiful costume.
Me and Charline!!! What a hot cowgirl!

Here's the Glacier Peak Trick or Trunk team. Kristen, Missy, Candice, Beau, Charline, and Me.

This is our principal, Beau, and his adorable family.

This is Lori Underwood and her family. Their son RJ goes to daycare with Lilly, and he's one of her little boyfriends.

Charline and Karlene.

Charline and Missy. YeeHaw!

Candice and her hubby/heifer Jeremy. He entertained the kiddos all night!

Kissin' Cousins

Lilly has gotten so much more gentle with Kaylie, and has recently become obsessed with kissing her. It's the cutest thing. This video shows her kissing Kaylie, but what it doesn't show is the smack in the face she gives her later on. She also poked her eye. She tries so hard to be gentle.

So cute...

Fall leaves

It's been so pretty watching the leaves change colors, and now they are falling off the trees. Lilly loves to tear the leaves off the stems. Here are a few pictures of her playing in the leaves.

I love this picture because she is concentrating so hard on the leaves. Her little brain just soaks up everything.

Mary's Marathon

My best friend Mary completed the Denver Marathon today!!!! It was a 26 mile run, and she did wonderful. She finished in 4 hours and 45 minutes. I'm so proud of her. :)

She trained with "Team in Training," and they raised money for The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. A co-worker of ours, Deb Geary, had a son named Jason that passed away this year from cancer, and Mary ran in his honor. Deb and her husband Brad were there to cheer Mary on!

Jill, Jason, Kaylie, Tim, Lilly, my mom, and I went to the race to cheer Mary on. Here we are at the 15 1/2 mile mark to cheer her on. It's a blury picture, but Mary is the one in the middle with a purple tank top on.

The end of the race was in Civic Center Park, and we waited in front of the capitol to see Mary run by. At that point she had run 25ish miles. Wow! Here's Jill and I with our t-shirts and signs.
Lilly got a little antsy waiting so my mom walked her up the stairs to the capitol. It was such a picture perfect moment.
Kaylie and Lilly cheered her on from their strollers!
My mom and Lilly...
Here's Mary on the far right running past us at the 25ish mile mark.

After she ran by us we rushed over to see her cross the finish line. It gave me goose bumps.

Here she is with her boyfriend JD immediately after crossing the finish line. What an emotional moment. Her first words to me were..."That was stupid." I know she was joking, but I think she'll feel differently after she gets some rest!!! :) What an accomplishment!

Jill and I made t-shirts with Mary's picture on the front, and a picture of Jason on the back. Kaylie and Lilly had one too.
Here we are at the "Team in Training" tent after the race.

It must have felt so good to sit!!!

This is Mary's sister and Mom. Two of her brothers came too.

This is Mary, one of her teammates (I think she ran for Jason as well, but I'm not positive), and Deb Geary (Jason's mom). Jason's adorable niece is the one next to Mary. She was so cute...when she saw Jason's picture on our shirts she got so excited.

Yeah Mary!!!

Love you :)

Here's Lilly just hangin' out in her stroller with her straw hat on.

What a great day! Way to go Mary!!!

Random pictures :)

Here's a whole bunch of pictures from many different occasions.

Here is Kaylie and Gavin hangin' out. Jill, Julie, and I are Survivor freaks, and we had Survivor night. The kiddos had fun hanging out. I think Gavin thought Lilly was crazy.

Proud Grandpa D.
I thought this picture was funny...maybe Lilly could be a spokeswoman and get people to vote yes.

Lilly and her uncle Ryan.
Grandpa D spoiling Lilly. Not only is he feeding her while she relaxed in his lap...he was feeding her ice cream.
Psycho baby!
Cutie Patootie...
Lilly's figuring out how to use her fork and spoon. She's a little messy, but she's getting it.
My parents went to Mexico and brought back this crazy dress. Jill and I put it on her quick to get a picture. She looks like she should be a waitress at a Mexican restaurant. :)
Jill and Jason came over last night, and I took a few pictures.
So cute...

I've taken so much video of Lilly grooving to her favorite music. Here is another video clip of Lilly dancing to Pink...one of her favorite songs/videos.
